"Convenient location on Gunwharf Quays. Staff were very nice and very helpful. A shame the aircon is not working. I understand it needs repair and there is a dispute berween the hotel and Gunwharf about who is responsible for the repair. There was a some noise from nearby bars or club 'til late. Also other guests were a bit noisy returning late to their rooms. The bed was comfortable, apart from the room temperature issues! The window was locked shut so no fresh air ventilation. "

"This was a 1-night stay for work. I was in the ground floor room which was lovely. Small fridge in room as well as comfy chair, hot water heater for drinks. Good ensuite with small sensor light (but also with main lighting). Bed had a TV inbuilt and wifi was good. The mattress was too soft for me, but otherwise comfortable. A few venues to eat within 15 minute walk as well as 2 small supermarkets."

"room was lovely and clean, just what was needed for an overnight, the bar a lovely space to sit and chat, food looked great but we didnt have any. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."

"The staff in every area were incredible, we had a 3yr old and a 5yr old and the room with sofa bed was more than ample. We felt like one night wasn’t enough as we had such a great stay. Dinner at Brickworks and the breakfast next morning was superb. "
