"Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. Not a good start at a 5 star property."

"The property is new and very clean. The amenities are nice. Simone was super friendly and helped us with many questions. Honestly, the rest of the staff, not so much. The area is nice for walking around despite the busy traffic. Everything closes at 8 except fine restaurants that you need a reservation for. Highly recommend the hotel but don’t think we’ll return Genoa."

"Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Fantastic place to rest staff are very helpful!! Very clean rooms!! Good parking and Fantastic breakfast, good restaurants and bars walking distance. You can park outside hotel all week but on Saturday night you can not as there is a market on Sunday. Parking is free. But if you park in blue bays you need to pay . You can park in blue bays on Saturday but pay . I parked down the road."
