"It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated how well they took care of us. However, I would warn other guests not to underestimate the Passo Della Mauria on the way into Forni di Sopra, especially in the winter. "

"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. All of the place looked like it was either just recently completely redone or it's been so meticulously maintained that you couldn't tell the difference. I would honestly want to go back there so much because we only got to be there one night and I feel like that was a disservice to us because we would have had a great time being there longer. They're very close to Cortina; they're very close to a lot of walking paths and a couple of other hills. The vistas were amazing. This is a place where I will definitely be coming back again and I hope many people do as well. "
