Struttura carina ma adibita principalmente a ritiri sportivi o viaggi per ragazzi , eravamo consapevoli di questo quando ho prenotato in quanto mi serviva un punto di appoggio per riposare dopo un lungo viaggio pertanto se vi capita di fermarvi munitevi di tappi per le orecchie , per il servizio offerto il prezzo a parer mio è troppo elevato

Davvero deludente.

Già all'arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema causato da un errore di prenotazione, infatti ci avevano assegnato una camera completamente diversa dalla nostra richiesta e dalla conferma della prenotazione. Il problema è stato comunque risolto, anche se a dire il vero con un po' di arroganza da parte della reception. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, sicuramente un bel complesso sportivo, in questo caso abbiamo peccato noi nel non aver letto bene la tipologia prima della prenotazione, in quanto non adatto alle nostre esigenze, quindi sconsigliato a chi cerca un angolo di pace in montagna. Cucina e qualità del cibo davvero discutibile, abbiamo cenato per tutta la settimana in altro luogo anche per motivi di sicurezza in quanto le regole riguardo le disposizioni di prevenzione Covid-19 erano totalmente violate. Anche il servizio di pulizia delle camere devo dire che non ha brillato. Altro fatto sgradevole da segnalare è stato l'organizzazione di una discoteca nella hall dell'albergo con musica e assembramento di ragazzi tutti senza mascherina.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restayling generale, il personale alle colazioni non è molto professionale e comunque la colazione è scarsa, dopo le 8,45 si faceva fatica a trovare latte caldo, te o succo. Peccato perchè ripeto il posto è bellissimo. Comunque ci siamo adattati ed è andato tutto bene!

A pochi minuti da sappada

Hotel pulito camera calda con tutte le necessità, personale cordiale , pasti tipo self service con poca varietà ma buoni e Freschi, il tutto a pochi minuti di auto da Sappada.

Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Total überteuert, inkompetentes Personal, sehr spätes Check-In, die Anlage und die Räume total lieblos und veraltet, Sauberkeit in den Allgemeinräumen verbesserungswürdig, "Frühstücksbuffet" ein Witz (Kantinen-Stil, Getränke in Plastik-Kanistern, Getränke total übersüßt, keinerlei Auswahl). Non per coppie, precauzione Covid insufficiente

La struttura va bene per famiglie con bambini perché ci sono diverse attrazioni, non per vacanza. È semplicenente una colonia estiva di origine religiosa, stanza vecchia con balcone in comune ad un'altra stanza, privacy difficile, bagno microscopico. Abbiamo preso la mezza pensione ma non c'era scelta ed il cibo improponibile. Colazione senza caffè. Ma la cosa peggiore è che il distanziamento sociale e l'uso delle mascherine era solo sui cartelli. Al nostro arrivo nessuno ci ha misurato la febbre e neanche ci hanno dato documenti specifici. Per cena ci siamo trovati ad un tavolo con una coppia di signori dove la distanza minima era impossibile. I cucchiaini in plastica erano in una vaschetta dove tutti attingono, olio e aceto per i condimenti in bottiglie da litro per l'uso comune, solo per citare le cose più eclatanti. Mi spiace ma non ci siamo proprio, questi atteggiamenti mettono a rischio tutti! Comunque prezzo qualità assurdo. Forse se leggevo meglio la descrizione qualche dubbio poteva venirmi.

Buongiorno, 1) Nessun controllo COVID-19 almeno la temperatura 2) Veniamo messi obbligatoriamente c/o altra struttura Pettirosso raccontando che è molto più tranquilla peccato che per accedere alla Piscina, Sala giochi ecc ecc bisogna spostarsi con l'autovettura 3) Era espressamente stato chiesto la possibilità di avere 2 camere vicine infatti entrambi al 1 piano ma da lati opposti n° 102 e 106 4) Pulizia generale molto scarsa 5) Personale fatiscente sono presenti solo alla Colazione e Cena poi bisogna chiamare un cellulare 6) Cibo di qualità scarsissima e freddo Direi che per il momento sia sufficente!!!

Dette er mer en leirskole, en plass for ferie. Menge grupper som hadde opphold der. Sikkert fint som speidertur eller lignende, men det var ikke helt rent. Grei mat til frokost og middag, men preg av leirskole.
