Even though it was outside their working hours, a staff member kindly went above and beyond to help me and spent a great deal of time contacting the person on my behalf, as I don’t speak Chinese. I am truly grateful for their kindness, patience, and exceptional support. Their willingness to help me in such a difficult situation meant so much to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"US$280 per night. Terrible room and service so bad the experience. Check-in took half an hour as they did not find Expedia records. GM came back and got this done. Room was not as what was reserved, twin bed. Was changed to a one bed room. No place to put my luggage. Moved two small bed side tables to aisle close to door. Squeezed myself to get out the room. Extremely small the toilet and bath room (shower for one person to stand inside). The room was not clean at all, very dirty. Tooth paste...
