Not fair to judge this Hotel due to a broken and empty pool when we arrived. They supported us so we could use the pool in a nearby Hotel. Nice and clean room. Expedia needs to update the information because there is no jacuzzi that the site says.

Non andate in questo hotel se volete scansarvi una vacanza terribile,la proprietaria arrogante e maleducata sembra che ti sta facendo un piacere l hotel si trova lontano da tutto per arrivare al centro devo solo chiamare un taxi servizio zero pulizia zero piscina sporca aria condizionata a pagamento che tra l'altro non funziona ,non c'è un bar sulla piscina dove poter consumare qualche snack aperitivo o qualsiasi altra cosa al si duori dell' acqua . Prezzo alto e servizi zero scappate

Первое впечатление было нормальное, вид на море красивый, пока не покусали какие-то насекомые в номере, менеджер Бритта - вечноорущая, не может себя держать в руках и думающая, что по-немецки ее не понимают, бармен вечно недовольный. Освещение и подачу термальной воды в бассейн включали по настроению. Для них самое лучшее, чтобы клиенты не ходили на завтрак и сидели в номере " тише воды", обратное их приводит в бешенство. От запаха сигаретного дыма, было невозможно открыть балкон, особенно утром. В номере убирались и меняли полотенца ( высушить было невозможно) каждый день. Прежде, чем остановиться в этом отеле, нужно хорошо подумать о здоровье и о впечатлениях, которые вы получите после такого отдыха.

Einzigartig war die schlechte Laune und Unfreundlichkeit der Hotel Managerin. Der Pool ist ein dunkelgrüner Sumpf und nicht begehbar. Dass das nicht vermerkt wird gilt als klare Täuschung. Wir hatten tausende Schnacken in einem Zimmer, das so aussah und roch, wie wenn es seit Ewigkeiten nicht benutzt und geputzt wurde. Die Nächte waren aufgrund der unendlich vielen Schnacken eine Qual. Wir hatten auch den Eindruck dass die Betten voller Milben waren.

Cette drôle de sensation d'avoir été un peu bernée

N'attendez pas de sourire ou d'informations de la part de la gérante/réceptionniste: vous n'en aurez pas! Son attitude met assez mal à l'aise, c'est déconcertant. Cet hôtel a dû connaître ses heures de gloire mais il semble maintenant un peu vieillot.. La piscine verte couleur algue fait tâche au milieu du beau jardin, la mauvaise humeur de la gérante au petit déjeuner et son mauvais café gâchent la vue de la terrasse sur la mer. Heureusement, la sympathie du monsieur qui fait l'entretien et les sublimes couchers de soleil rattrapent un peut le tout.

pretty, peaceful, little hotel. recently redecorated in and out. nice gardens. every thing clean and tidy. helpful staff. food not to my taste but plenty of it and reasonably priced. size of hotel restricts amenities. beach in view but accessed by steep passage or bus, so best suited to more active people. Downside, steep access road, and water not drinkable. all water had to be purchased . I would suggest slight increase in rates and supply some bottled water to guests. P.S. could have done with another pillow.

Great spot for the views

Stayed at Hotel Imperamare for four nights and overall had a great experience. There was a slight snafu when we arrived and were given a room without air conditioning, but that was resolved by 10 am the following morning with a beautiful room with proper AC, a great terrace, and views of the ocean. We definitely want to come back and visit again, hopefully next year.

En blandet oplevelse

I restauranten ikke nogen hyggelig stemning og uvilje mod at betjene én. Mangelfuld morgenmad. Dyr og for små portioner aftensmad .Dog venligt og effektivt rengøringspersonale! Safe på værelset duede ikke, og opbevaring i receptionen af værdigenstande følte vi os ikke trygge ved. Gentagne højlydte skænderier mellem ejerne og gæster i receptionen var meget generende og bidrog til en dårlig stemning.

Un buon potenziale ancora inespresso

la location e le potenzialità sono buone mancano alcuni punti fondamentali per poterlo considerare un Hotel a 3 stelle soprattutto in una località come l'Isola d'Ischia ed in un mercato così competitivo ed esigente come quello italiano. La gestione ed i servizi ricordano più le pensioni a 2 stelle a conduzione familiare con tutti i suoi pro ma anche i suoi limiti per esempio: la climatizzazione è un optional e anche piuttosto costoso (si pagano 8 € al giorno) il wi-fi gratis previsto nella presentazione dell'Hotel, si riduce ad una postazione internet alla reception. II posto è difficile se non impossibile da essere utilizzato da portatori di handicapp motori (molti gradini e una rampa d'ingresso molto ripida e con 2 curve cieche, anche se l'accesso alla medesima viene regolato da un semaforo che evita, se rispettato, incontri "complicati a mezza strada"). L'accesso al mare avviene essenzialmente per un percorso in parte con gradini in parte su sterrato e il rientro, in particolare sotto il sole, non è proprio una passeggiata anche se esiste un servizio "recupero" che io, però, non ho sperimentato per libera scelta. La camera nonostante il pagamento di un extra di 10€ alla prenotazione è piccola circa 20mq (misura rilevata dalle dimensioni delle piastrelle del pavimento quindi non precisissima ma attendibile). Altra sorpresa al pagamento dei vari extra è che si paga la tassa di soggiorno, mentre Expedia dichiara che quanto si paga è comprensivo di tassa di soggiorno.
