"Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel. When we first got to our room, the linens weren’t clean, but the staff handled it right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a relaxing, inviting atmosphere throughout. The location was great with easy access to everything, and the price felt very fair. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"There seemed to be a constant issue with the elevators throughout our stay and we had to wait more than an hour during Sunday checkout for the bellhop to get our bags and bring them down to the lobby. Also apparently the service elevators haven’t been working so even the hotel staff was frustrated having to fight for space with guests. Based on what I’ve seen in reviews this has been an ongoing issue. If you can be patient with that then everything else about the hotel is great."
