"Beautiful hotel. Great location. The only question I have is for those with mobility issues. There may be an elevator from the arrival point to the lobby but I didn’t see it. The stairs are a bit much to carry luggage up. If you have issues, chaexk with the hotel."
"Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr schönes Hotel. Super-leckeres Frühstück. Für Kinder sind die Hüpfburgen genial. Immer alles sauber. Der Pool war auch super. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nur hätte ich mir ein paar mehr Infos gewünscht über die Wellnessangebote, die Kosten, die Benutzung des Fitnessraums usw., vielleicht in Form einer Mappe im Zimmer o.ä. "

Dejligt poolområde med gode liggestole med indbygget solskærm👌 Poolen er opvarmet til 29-31 grader! Hele året! God plads og større pool end billedet illustrerer. Her ikke snydt med vidvinkel.
Overvejende voksne gæster uden børn, og boldspil i pool er ikke tilladt.
Morgenmadsbuffet er langt ud over hvad vi forventede. Her mangler absolut intet, og der blev fyldt op hele tiden.
Bestil værelse med udsigt til søen! Det er stort og har indbygget...
"Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. "

The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown.
Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"
"Wer es gerne ruhig und abgeschieden vom Alltag hat, ist dort genau richtig. Die Herbergsfamilie ist super freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns super erholt und die Landschaft genossen und das Abendessen war einfach nur super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Man wurde mehr als nur satt . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

The staff were friendly.
The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed.
The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day.
The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under...
