"Position - brilliant right in the centre Parking- tight if you can get it, very limited at £15 a night Lift - Main lift not working so spare in use. This is a 2 person for the whole hotel!!! From your floor there is only a call button to go down!! Breakfast is on the fifth. Rooms - Poor. No space to put anything out. Needs a rethink more storage. Decor and carpets need renewing. "I’ve stayed here before purely because they still have baths, and even then I had to overlook the tired décor, worn‑out furnishings, lack of modern comforts, uncomfortable beds, no air con, single glazing, barely any plug sockets and the £15 daily parking fee. But this stay was somehow worse. Their so‑called “comfort” rooms are actually the lowest budget rooms, ranked below standard, proving they don’t understand the meaning of comfort at all. "Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay."

"I booked a room specifically for the air conditioning on the two hottest nights of the week. I booked the room through Expedia and checked and double checked that the room was listed as having air conditioning. When I arrived I was told the room did not have air conditioning and none were available. I had no other option to stay on such short notice and could not have got a refund anyway as it was booked through a third party. This is completely unacceptable and, quite frankly, unforgivable."

"Nice budget hotel that serves the purpose of a stop over between locations. Strange smell of tobacco in the room, which wasn't pleasant for a non smoker, but small desk fan helps circulate fresh air from open window. Overall it was a good budget hotel 👍"
