"Warm and friendly welcome. Spacious room with remarkable view of the square and Duomo. Rooftop bar and terrace bar really great for soaking up Florence vibe. Staff excellent throughout.
Top tip: Be careful of the mosquitoes when the weather is hot! Hotel provides bug plug for room. "

"With the exception to the check-in, everything was great! The instructions were not crystal clear and they don’t have a reception, so finding the right gate (left side of the cafeteria in the corner) was tricky as it didn’t have any sign as well.
After we’ve learned how it works and where it was everything else was great. The room is in a self serve style inside of an apartment with other rooms from this stay, but it still felt super secure and private. We didn’t hear any kind of noise as...

"Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions. "
