Good overall
Lovely hotel - quiet and peaceful, with a great pool. We walked to and From Florence city center each day - 30-35 minutes each way. Some of the staff were quite surly/ aggressive/ rude, but most we just lovely and really helpful.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Beautiful and luxury in every way. The surroundings are unreal in their beauty. Furnishing is superb, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property is a must to try.

I’m comparing this stay with other stays I had in the beautiful country Italy. The property is ok, it’s clean and well maintained. However it’s way too overpriced. Examples: Room service fee: 35€ per order At dinner they charge you a head cover of 5€ per person Glass of wine (in Italy!!):15€ Very average pasta with veal: 30€ The dinner menu is very very limited and the food not great for Italian standards. The waiter we had didn’t speak a word English which made it very difficult to communicate with. Also if you have a small child which needs to go to bed before 8pm you’re at the wrong place as the restaurant opens at 7:30pm and they have no flexibility to find a solution for you unless you want to pay 35€ room service fee for a 15€ food order. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and will not return.

Smuk udsigt, venlige personale men dyr restaurant.
Jeg vil ikke ranke hotellet som 5 stjerne hotel. Det er slidt, men super venlig betjening og service. Priserne i baren og restaurant er ekstreme eks. 8 euro for en lille cola, det er simpelt crazy og matcher ikke hotellet. Jeg vil gerne betale ekstra men det her tio much ift hotellets standard.

Très belle adresse !
Très bel établissement dans lequel on se sent bien ! Séjour reposant et accueil impeccable. Vous pouvez laisser la voiture au parking de la Villa et marcher jusqu'au Ponte Vecchio (20 minutes). Prévoir ensuite un taxi pour remonter (environ 12 euros).

Lækkert hotel udenfor Firenze med landlig idyl
.Skønt hotel udenfor Firenze by, dejlig landlige omgivelser, masser af natur og stilhed.. Super sødt personale, som var meget serviceminded. Man skal enten have bil selv eller benytte taxi for at komme ind til Firenze by. ( kostet ca 10-15 euro alt efter hvor i byen)

Restaurant to be improved, but beautiful place
Beautiful place, nice pool, friendly staff but restaurant wasn’t that great. Neither was the breakfast.

A very disappointing stay. 5 star prices but experience so far from that. Walkway to our room was used as a laundry store and on arrival we were expected to climb over a hedge to get to access our room. Room service charge was extortionate [we didn’t use it] Hot foods for breakfast were cold as the heater was not turned on. However, the main problem which resulted in us leaving a day early was the appalling behaviour witnessed by a staff member at the pool.

Hotel silencioso e limpo a 10 min de Florença de taxi, muito conveniente para ser utilizado como base na Toscana. Café da manhã e restaurantes bons, atendimento bom e quartos muito bons. Piscina muito boa com vista para a cidade.

The Villa we stayed at had ants all over the place. They had to come and spray the Villa to kill ants. Breakfast was really bad, not much to chose from. Restaurant had very short menu for dinner. Staff at the front were very nice and friendly. Would not go back again.

It was the perfect little romantic stop for our last night in Florence. Beautiful and comfortable! The pool. LOVE! Had dinner with the absolute best view. Loved even more!!

A relaxing place in the Florence hills
Friendly staff. A nice pool with a fine view of the outskirts of Florence. The breakfast buffet was ok. Looks like there has been some years since last renovation of the rooms.

Lovely hotel. 15-20 min walk into lower part of town where you can get Taxi or 30 min walk to historic town. It’s a steep hill back so a taxi back from the square at the bottom of the hill is 5 euros. Hotel is very expensive to eat and drink but there are some wonderful places to eat not far in isirito santo 20 Mins walk.

A beautiful place about 1.5miles from downtown Florence. We took a taxi or walked into town at our leisure. Note, it is quite a climb from town to the Villa, but the views from the hills are absolutely worth the walk. Pool, accommodations, breakfast were wonderful.
