The accommodation was clean and very safe. Security of the building is very good. It was near the trams. Hence, noise could be an issue in the evening and early morning.

The place was decent clean the only issue the beds were not comfortable and when we had a shower, the shower didn’t drain properly and the pillows on the bed were really thin. Other than that. It was a great stay had a washing machine very spacious. Erica was fantastic. She welcomed us to the property and showed us Around and gave us great tips where to eat in Florence.

Rosselli by Mmega. Good communication with company before arrival, had to wait about 10 mins before being met by Tommaso who let us in and gave us a rundown of the apartment. Very well located near the main station (about a 10 minute walk) the apartment was clean, airy and spacious albeit on the 4th floor and the lift wasnt working on the day we arrived, so bit of a struggle with suitcase !!. Separate toilet and bathroom were ideal as 3 of us staying, although the shower was quite cramped and no shelf /place to hang things in there made it quite a challenge picking stuff from floor mid shower! Full kitchen was great as bought food from a local supermarket one night aftwr a long day sightseeing and ate in. Only downside was no kettle, which irked my tea drinking wife. All in all though we would highly recommend this accommodation. Ps would highly recommend starting the day with a coffee and coi

Could be amazing, but was not.

This was an interesting place. Although there was an amazing amount of space, but, it lacked any type of warmth. There was little to no decor, no kitchen towels, sparse living room furniture and limited electrical outlets. The 2 twin beds were pushed together to form king beds, but, there was no mattress protector/pad or fitted sheet to successfully make it a "king" bed. They used a flat sheet to "combine" the beds, which was not successful as we tended to move the beds apart in the night and the flat sheet came off the mattress on all sides. The small shower did not offer any place to put shampoo or soaps. It did have a functioning kitchen, although a water kettle would have been appreciated. The washing machine worked well and the towels were quite nice. The air conditioning was excellent. The TV was user friendly. The location was very convenient to the airport. It was an easy walk to restaurants or to visit the museums and the river. The elevator was quick. It was a bit noisy, but by closing the shutters, there was considerable improvement. Noise is expected in the city. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but doubt if we would return due to the bed/mattress issues. Sleep is tough enough when traveling.
