abbiamo soggiornato in un glamp, siamo arrivati e ci è stata assegnata giustamente una glamp che però ha avuto dei problemi con delle perdite di acqua che hanno rovinato e danneggiato carica batterie e non solo ( non ci è stato alcun rimborso o altro tipo ti aggevolamento); alla seconda lamentela di questo problema ci è stata cambiata glamp alle 23.30 poiché la camera era praticamente allagata…. nella seconda camera abbiamo trovato polvere e ragnatele agli angoli … per il resto abbiamo trovato una colazione poco variegata e un’accoglienza molto bella da parte dei ragazzi della sicurezza

Non avendo trovato un hotel abbiamo prenotato in questo camping con bungalow, un complesso molto ben tenuto e anche tanta attenzione alla sicurezza! Ma abbiamo trovato assurdo (prenotando per 110€ a notte) che in 4 giorni non hanno mai cambiato la biancheria ne fatto pulizie e cosa ancora più assurda, la sera se torni dopo le 24 devi lasciare la macchina fuori perché vige il silenzio .. anche con macchina elettrica non ci hanno fatto entrare. Per il resto complesso molto ben fatto e curato. Personale gentile !!!

It was a last minute lodging and I am glad I booked it! It had everything I needed, and if i was missing anything I could get it at the market within walking distance. The only issue I had was the rushed and rude manner we were checked out. I asked if I was able to park in the front for a few minutes to pick up some stuff at the market, and the person responded with a loud sigh and barked an order that I had 15 minutes to get it done. Mind you, I was leaving an hour before check out. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

It was so nice there! Next to the river, calme, in the nature, with a renting bike service and shuttle buses to go to the city, nice bungalows, a supermercato with all you need... And so friendly staff!! We really recommend it.

Friendly, multi-lingual, 24h reception. Large campsite / campersite with plenty of facilities. The public bus stop is a few minutes up the road, and the reception sells individual tickets. Our hut for 5 people was tiny but well-equipped with comfortable beds and 2 ensuite shower rooms. The floor was cold due to the ventilation, and we had a bit of trouble getting the heating and hot water to work in the main room, but overall it was a good stay and we'd definitely go again.

We stayed 2 nights at Hu Firenze in February. We had everything we needed and the accommodation conditions were very good. We were 4 people, 2 adults with 2 children and we rented a superior chalet cottage.

很棒的營區住宿
房間乾淨舒適，櫃台人員友善，付費的餐廳晚餐好吃，附近也有評價不錯的餐廳，有接駁車可到佛羅倫斯市區，來回一人3元比搭公車便宜，營區離交流道近，自駕到達非常方便，整體來說是不錯的選擇。

Everything was perfect. The room was cute and very modern and minimalist. I would improve the internet service since I couldn’t reach the conection from my cottage. The breakfast was exelent! The location was far but were a suttle service for 3€ that would drive youback and forth to the city. The area of the hotel was very organize.

Great place. Downside is that you need to take a bus to and from central Florence unless you really enjoy long walks. We arrived after darkness had set in (late November) and struggled a bit finding our cabin in the dark. It was however super clean and tidy and well maintained. The staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle bus service several days to get into Florence and it was perfect. Always on time and the driver was super nice and cheerful. There’s a military area next to the camping site and sometimes they play sounds over their PA-system. Once in the morning and once in the evening I think. One of the sounds was the italian anthem. The sound is only a minute or so and we just thought it was fun but if you’re very easily disturbed maybe you’ll be annoyed by this. The hotel has a supermarket that has everything you need in terms of food and a restaurant. All in all a great hotel/camping site. And as I said, the only real downside is the location but if you arrive by car I guess that’s probably a good thing as driving in the city centre is quite chaotic.
