โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก ห้องสะอาด ไม่เล็กเกินไป พนักงานน่ารักมาก สิ่งที่ไม่ประทับใจเล็กน้อย คือ ลิฟท์ช้ามาก รอนานมาก และวันสุดท้ายที่จะกลับ เครื่องทำความร้อนเสีย ยังดีที่ไม่ใช่หน้าหนาว จึงไม่หนาวเท่าไหร่

Nice room service and sufficient room area especially with an excellent bathroom. The heat pad should be examined and fixed because the performance of heat generator may not sufficient during winter season.

Prima hotel op loop afstand van het treinstation en direct in het centrum met winkeltjes en restaurantjes. In 30 minuten loop je vanaf het hotel naar Ponte Vecchio en daarbij passeer je verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Prima service en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is uitgebreid! Enige minpuntje vond ik dat de douche in mijn kamer fluctueerde in kracht, zacht naar wat harder en weer terug naar zacht. Daarbij nam vaak ook de temperatuur wat af waardoor je die weer bij moest stellen.

Near to Firenze SMN Station. Lots of eateries outside the hotel, including McDonald's, Burger King, KFC. Long balcony with view of a dome, not sure whether it's the Duomo. Counter staff were professional and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Good room rates.

This hotel is located at a convenient location, very close to the train station. The property overall is older and needs more lighting inside the rooms. Very few towels are given and you have to return the room key to the front desk when you leave during the day and retrieve it when you return to the property.

Quiet street close to the train station and Central Market. Staff is great and very helpful. Extended our stay a day with no problem. Amazing breakfast with eggs, fruit, bacon, and pastries. Will definitely stay here again.

dark, very dirty mattress when we inspected under the sheets, bathroom sink drain was clogged, toilet flush buttons would fall off the wall, and just overall very unpleasant vibe in the room itself. all this for 170/night only positive is, the staff was very cordial and helpful

Excellent hotel
The hotel was so convenient to visit friends and all the tourist attractions. The staff were absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The single room was ideal and had everything that i needed with a lovely comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends and when I visit again will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel.

It’s a decent hotel that’s conveniently located within walking distance of train station. The room was spacious but bath room was congested. I wish they had extra pillows in the room. Overall I think the stay was okay with a family of 2 kids.

This is a very neat hotel. Close to train station and duomo of Florence is within walking distance. The hotel is old but clean. The people working there are very nice. They prepared local cookies for my daughter’s birthday. Highly recommend.

Poor AC, we were really hot and there was nothing that they could do to fix the AC they said. The fan was broken and the management said they couldn't have a technician to fix it until a week from that Saturday

We needed a close place to stay for one night after our train ride. It was close to the rail station and reception was excellent and accommodating. In the morning, all I wanted was a cup of coffee and they were so sweet to make one for me. I enjoyed a few moments of quietness and let my daughter continue her sleep in our room. We were allowed to leave luggage for the day while we checked out some sights. They even called a taxi for us and made us feel important! Thank you!
