The hotel looks very old and is in renovation The internet does look very different and missleading never again there!

I really wish that our bathroom door wasn't see through but other than that the stay was good. Our Hilton hotel driver, Giovanni was very helpful. He definitely made the stay more convenient. He was very nice, and even helped us make a reservation to a restaurant, which ended up being one of the best restaurants we've been to so far during our trip. He made the experience enjoyable.

Super far from everything. The hotel is extremely dated and under construction. Very inconvenient location

First nigh was in a room with a foul dead rat odour. Thought some one or thing may have previously died in the room. Second night changed rooms and the a/c didnt work. Was like a sauna that night. Found out next morning that only heat or cold may be set for whole building. Its a very old building and rooms.

Above average Italian hotel that are usually old and small. The rooms that face the Main Street might little bit noisy. Staff is great.

The hotel staff was wonderful - from reception to concierge to cleaning staff. Hallway was very dirty upon exiting the elevator- all the way down to our hotel room. Doors and windows are thin so you hear everything outside and in the hallways .

The hotel runs a reliable shuttle service to the nearest Tram station, which solves the problem of commuting to town center. The shuttle van drivers are excellent and punctual. Tran tickets are available for purchase from the reception. Optional breakfast is great and varied, and includes continental, Italian and English breakfast options.

Great spot near the airport
The place was nice. The temp of the room was not good and they couldn’t do anything about it. They did make an effort and gave us free breakfast. Overall it was a good stay

Hilton Metropole Firenze
Beds were clean and comfortable. I had the dinner special and it was not good but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. My room did not have a hair dryer but everything else was there. I would stay here again.

Rooms were clean , Hotel staff is nice and they have a van to take to local tram station but requires van, tram travel to Florence town center. Limited dining options in the hotel area.

Just the perfect hotel for Florence
The hotel is lovely and the location is perfect if you have a car. The free shuttle works so well and the driver is so friendly too. We had a slight issue at the hotel but the manager Alejandro was so fantastic and understanding and went above and beyond to resolve it. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, really great value and lots of choice. Will definitely recommend all my friends and family to stay here. Can’t wait to return!

Assez déçu lorsqu’on nous annonce que la piscine est payante à hauteur de 20€ de l’heure par personne alors que rien n’indiquait que c’était payant. L’hôtel est ce qu’il y a de plus excentré de tout. La tringle des rideaux nous est tombé dessus le matin au réveil (super sympa). Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, trop cher pour la qualité fournie

Ariel works in the bar. He’s a wonderful man. We were a group of four. He made great cocktails snd asked the dining room to bring us dinner in the bar. Made a wonderful night for us before coming back to the USA

We expect more from a Hilton, the floors and baseboard were dirty, the bathtub needs a refresh. The decor was not Hilton standards, very disappointing.
