Thank you for your feedback, it is always very helpful for us! Yes it is definetely right we give the possibility to rent either the Bedroom alone ( called: Comfort Room) or the entire apartment , obviously the latter option would be more expensive. Guests can choose either options when they make their reservation. Upon their arrival, if Guests change their mind and love to have the entire apartment, we are alwaysvvery happy to offer them this chance changing the reservation. When Guests book just the "Comfort Room", breakfast is not incleded in the rate. Maybe you are confusing the cleaner who, you are right, doesn't speak any english, with me (the owner). I was there everyday checking if everything was alright with you. Looking forward to seeing you again at the Drom. I will be very happy to offer you a breakfast!

Thank you Penny for your review, which makes us happy for your serene staying at us. We are very sorry to read from you that you heard conversation coming from your neighbour Guest room. Joining wall between those two rooms have been built with the standard anti-noise system. We would apreciated a lot to help you in that situation asking our other Guests not to talk so loud..! Silence at Drom Florence is apreciated by all our Guests and we care a lot. It really seems to be in the countryside and not in town! For the gate, you are definetely right: it has now been repaired. Hello Ma, thank you for your great feedback, it is so useful for us and leaves us pleased that you enjoyed your staying at Drom's and in Florence. Regarding the main train station, Santa Maria Novella Station, is at 23 min walking, by taxi 7min. In 2 minutes walking there the by bus n.11's stop which would bring you there in 12min. In one way we are lucky not to be so near the station, as Oltrarno area, where we are, is at very walkable distance from florentine monuments without been submerged, though, by caotic flows of turists. I am sorry we didn't manage to show you better the different routes which i hope to do it next time you come. Please do! Thank you again
