We got two twin beds. We couldn’t sleep in the nights due to beds being so flimsy that they keep on making squeaky noises all might. The room was really hot as the AC didn’t work.

Basic, clean hostel type accommodations. 10 min direct train to city centre or to airport. Thumbs down for after hours. No staff so you have to check-in using electronic system so make sure your credit card will cover amount because you can’t get a security code if declined (due to over tap limit and you don’t have an actual card) to get to your room. Only time i felt unsafe, like being at an ATM at night with others. Also the screen is huge so others can see all your personal information.

The staff was very communicative. The rooms are starkly decorated, but are clean and the beds are comfortable. For the price and the proximity to the Firenze airport, I would say this is a perfect hotel. Plus you can take the public transportation every 10 minutes or so from down the street into the city center.

So happy with my staff, the staff were beautiful, gorgeous room on 8th floor, easy to locate, tram stop close by, great sleep, cafe nearby and loved the area.

Great location close to the Pantheon, Daniel from staff was amazing. Unfortunately cleaning isnt a top priority plus the towels we receivef were old, crappy and torn. They will charge $5 to get new ones during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was a little far from downtown. The bus was right there and you were downtown in 10-15 minutes. They run quite frequently!

Vooral onthaal/receptionist (Alessandro) was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! En dit gedurende het gehele verblijf. Ook het poetsen/onderhoud van de kamer was prima. Het ontbijt was niet super de luxe maar wel zoveel meer dan basic! Qua prijs/kwaliteit een optimale keuze!

Reasonable price
Little bit outside city center, but you can take etc. Tram to city and it takes about 15min. Hotel staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast is simple, but in my opinion ok. I don’t know is there problem with all rooms, but in my room whenever some other room flush the toilet all the noice came to my room via pipes and also the speak from rooms next to me came quite loud.

J'ai passé une nuit sans dormir car la chambre était infestée de moustiques alors que je n'avais pas ouvert l fenêtre. Aucune prise à disposition et pas de réaction par le personnel de la réception face au problème rencontré. Très cher par rapport à la qualité.

This is a very basic hotel option for when you are on your way out of Florence. It's close to the airport and to Asmana Wellness World. I would not recommend this as an option for your stay IN Florence, but if you have an early flight out as we did, this is a great option. No frills and inexpensive.

ホテル自体は問題なく綺麗で快適ですが、駐車場がほぼ無く、路上駐車スペースを探しました。イタリアの市内ではどこもそうですが。
