"The pool is nice and a rare find. We went there each of our two days and there was nobody else using it. There was a free still and fizzy water machine in the basement, and a pod coffee machine and mini kitchen in the room. They even have free oranges at the front desk."

"We booked the apartment looking over the duomo. Everything was exactly as pictured. The amenities in the room were very nice. The fresh croissants delivered every morning were such a nice touch. Location directions were extremely helpful as the entry door is small. The view is gorgeous and the location is excellent for museums, shopping and restaurants. My only critique is that in the morning of departure we needed to get a taxi for my daughter to the airport and the young woman at the reception...

"The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with our stay. Anything we needed, they were onto it right away. Everything is a 10-15 minute walk away that you need for shopping, eating and spots around Florence to see. I do not think the price will stay the same for very long.. But we will stay here again 1000% if we are ever back in Florence!"

"It is a very spacy apartment with Air-Con, Kitchenet, TV, Lounge etc. Possible to do your washing. Staff very helpful and nice. Speak English well. "
