"Hi Team Shangri-La, We had a fantastic day and a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the experience was excellent. Concierge greeted us straight from our Uber and assisted with our bags, and check-in was handled brilliantly. We were able to check in early, and our luggage was already in the room before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We stayed in Room 2612, and the harbour views were absolutely lovely. We also spoke with in-room dining. There was a small hiccup with one snack, however the bill was quickly adjusted to reflect this. Everything else we ordered was quite good, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a credit to your team. Please pass on our thanks. "Room was very clean and had all the things required. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries, plus it was very safe at night and lockable room doors. Shared bathrooms were regularly cleaned and they had lots of them so you were never waiting. You could walk to the shops it was fairly close but we opted for the bus as my partner was on crutches at the time."

"Room was nice and clean , Staff were great , Restaurant food was yummy. Public transort was closeby so easy access to wherever i wanted to get to."
