"A great stay at the Rotana, the staff are fantastic and amenities spot on. Our room could have done with a bit of an update, the shower seal was leaking, and bidet wasn’t fully working but other than that great value for money and breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again."

"For me it's cozy and you feel comfortable.."

"Good location, nice view from the rooftop gym"

"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff. it was nice to stay in a more classic feeling hotel rather than the sleek modern hotels that are usually available. very comfortable and clean. can't ask for more. 5/5"

"The establishment did not feel like a 5* hotel. Check-in process was rather long and rooms were not all ready for the check-in time. Breakfast was very poor, very limited offering and with buffet items not being refilled. Location is okay but I felt the staff at lobby were unhelpful meanwhile housekeeping staff was excellent. More like a 3 or 4 star hotel, not 5 star"

"Excelente hotel"
