Room was clean, spacious with good facilities. Staff was helpful and kind. Only downside is the breakfast. First day not too bad, but afterwards all days the food was almost stale. Pancakes hard, french toast hard as rock, watered down ful/tamis, even pastries were soggy. The only fresh item was fruit and milk. I fed back to restaurant chef and then another chef but nothing got done. I have recorded my feedback at checkout but have had no responses so far. I would suggest don’t book with breakfast. There are a number of patisseries within 2-5 min walk and cafes as well. You are guaranteed much better experience outside.

Lovely Stay in Abu Dhabi

Exceedingly clean, spacious rooms in a walkable part of the city, half way between Abu Dhabi Mall and Abu Dhabi Corniche. Also close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi which is a must see. So excellent location and highly professional staff, from the front desk to the pool on the 19th floor.

Place is super clean with very helpful and kind staff. The only thing I didn't like is a bit outdated furniture and it takes a long time to get hot water in shower. Overall, it was good and I wouldn't mind to visit it again

In the heart of Bur Dubai and convenient if you want to visit the historical district or take a ferry across the creek and explore. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they have 24 hour checkin desk if you are flying in late like we were (after midnight). The property is a little dated but the rooms are spacious. The bed was a little hard for my liking and the shower's lacked hot water at times. One of two the main elevators was broken which lead to longer waits. Was told later there was stairs and a back elevator. There's a cafe/restaurant and a lounge of sorts on the ground floor. They also have a spa and a pool on the top floors but we didn't utilize those. We stayed only 2 nights and it was what we expected, not the most comfortable but allowed us to be around the area we want to see.
