"The view was amazing, room was nice.. did not like putting toilet paper in trash can, it smelled. Could not flush toilet paper. Also it was a 190 steps up hill that was very difficult."

"Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful. "

"The view from the room was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They bring breakfast to you in your room. The hotel is older, but thats also the charm. Its well kept and very clean. They offer to arrange transport and activities on the island. The hotel is in a great location right on the caldera, but close to the Square so its convenient."

"The property has a beautiful view. The breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious. There are a lot of stairs but staff did help to carry luggage to room."
