"Georgia, our host, was an excellent communicator. She was always just a phone call away. The apartment was clean and the view was beautiful. A big breakfast was served every morning. We didn’t expect that so it was a nice surprise. We came back to a clean apartment everyday. My only issue is that the hot tub wasn’t as hot as it should be. One day it just stopped working and we were told it was because of the high winds, but we stayed in other freezing countries with snow that still had hot water...

"In booking the reservation, I had great communication all along. And when we get to the hotel, it is just a darling place and very spacious and very clean and the host and all the employees were just wonderful and anything that we needed as well as making us reservations and giving us a recommendation of where to go. "The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. "The location was perfect & had great views. We had a room for 4 and it was great. Room was cleaned everyday. The only downside is that the wifi did not work at all and our phone connection was bad inside of the room but worked just find right out the door. The staffs were friendly and gave us a lot of information about activities we can do around and also the bus services. We had a great stay."
