"Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at and the staff was amazing"

"I wish breakfast were a bit better."

"The hotel was clean with a fresh fragrance that greeted you upon check-in. The staff were nice, the room was clean, and they leave plenty of towels in the room which is always a PLUS!!!"

"Lil outdated.....nice staff though"

"Sheets were stained, unwilling to give refund because pool was closed. And NO info was posted about pool being closed on web page."

"My stay in the historic inn was great. Both dinner and breakfast were served just downstairs from my room. The inn is old but nice and I hope to stay there again someday. My room had an old fashioned bathtub but no shower. Otherwise, all modern conveniences were available."

"The food and drink were average as were the rooms. Staff is wonderful."

"If you want a simple boutique hotel in the center of town with no frills, this is the hotel for you. Staff are most helpful and location is wonderful. Rooms are very small so count on reading in the lobby if you are looking for a comfy chair."

"Our son is at Frostburg State. The Allegheny Trail house will be our place to stay whenever we plan to visit our son. This place is unique and lovely to stay at. Friendly and attentive staff."

"Owner was very nice and helped during our stay."

"Hotel is old but very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast left much to be desired Great option for the price."

"The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice including well cooked bacon, the parking space was large enough. The side front of the hotel had a wonderful view of about 15 running windmills."
