"Hilary and Oliver are so hospitable and warm and everything you can want in B&B hosts. They are so accommodating in every way. The breakfast is superb- fresh cooked to order Irish breakfast or avocado toast with salmon or egg. They worked so hard to patiently and kindly accommodate our dietary needs and each thing we asked for to make our stay great. "Patricia was a wonderful host. Not only did she provide great food recommendations, she shared lots of historical perspectives of the area. Her place is wonderfully clean and the made-to-order breakfast was fantastic. If we make our way back to Ireland we will surely come back for another visit."

"The resort is a bit out of the way but that was what made it special. No cell phone coverage at the resort so you have time to reset and enjoy your surroundings."

If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. "

"The breakfast was made to order and delicious, plus had a ton of extra sides to eat. The staff very friendly, parking on site, not problem. The bedroom was large and the poster bed was comfortable and actually a king size. "

"The hotel was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and very clean. The highlights were the spa and the breakfast. The salmon was the best I have ever tasted."

"Well appointed modern room, well laid out public spaces. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom orders as well as a buffet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their to make our visit enjoyable"

"It was just barely OK. The bathroom was not very clean and it was basically just minimum for the money."

"The air conditioning unit kept us up for most of the night as it was making a tapping noise all night. We had to turn it off. The room smelled like sewer. I would not stay here again."

"Great place to stay in Westport! The room was a great size considering it only slept two people. The bathroom seemed recently updated and was very nice (especially the shower). The location was great for exploring the town and being close to pubs, restaurants, and activities. They had a nice living room type area downstairs to sit, but no additional amenities."
