"Probably the best decision we made during our 10-day Swiss trip to stay one night in the hotel on a whim. The lodge is modern, clean, and spacious. The breakfast buffet and the dinner we had in the hotel are excellent and not expensive. The room has the best view in the beautiful, tranquil car-free village of Stoos. It is such an idyllic experience. We will definitely come back for more hikes. "

Great breakfast. This hotel has Old World class in a serene setting. Brunnen is a cute village at a quieter end of the lake from touristy Lucerne."
