"Our room was very hot, unable to open the windows. Fan in the wardrobe but only circulated warm air. "Close to the station. Lovely staff, who appeared to be constantly problem solving a failing property. Things were broken, there was no air conditioning. Staff were as helpful as could be. Better value for money could have been got by walking a little further from the station"

"Amazing rooms and deco. Fantastic spa with 25m pool and well maintained. Great fun on driving range and sports bar is unreal. Only negative was eggs benedict with hard yolk, not how it should be served. Asian restaurant was ok."

"Whose bright idea was it to put a thick duvet on the bed on the hottest night of the year? I would have appreciated being told in advance that the room wasn't going to be serviced every day. Bathroom mirror a couple of inches too low. Nice breakfast, with generally friendly staff."
