"There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark."

"I have just arrived home after spending two nights here. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful. Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied. "Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities."

"For a midweek night away or to be fair anytime away you can’t go wrong with Derby Manor. The rooms are excellent tidy and cleaned. The staff go over and above to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfast caters for all dietary requirements so you will not go hungry. Would I go back again In. Heartbeat."

"I booked this hotel as I was attending a football match in the area. We didn’t stay the night though as the wind was bowling and howling in through one of the window seals. Let the property know but they haven’t offered a refund or discount, bit disappointing therefore wouldn’t stay again."
