"I had an amazing stay at TAGO Tulum. The room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I loved the his-and-her sinks and shower setup, plus the separate toilet room for extra privacy. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. "We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. Even with the beaches in Tulum being hit with heavy sargassum, their staff was consistently raking and removing it so there were no interruptions to our experience.
