"Our stays with the Kahler Grand were tied to medical procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The staff understands Mayo is the reason the majority of guests are in Rochester. Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful. My husband and I want to acknowledge Salma who helped us extend our stay after our flight was cancelled last minute. She was both empathetic and professional. The hotel is above an easily accessed underground tunnel system of shops, restaurants, and connections to Mayo and other hospital building shuttle stops."

"This is my second stay at this particular Hilton and everything was just as great as the first time … super clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, showers with a safety grab bar, large desk, microwave, small refrigerator, makings for coffee and tea. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the housekeeper on my floor paid attention to details. All in all, this is a great home-away-from-home place to stay."
