"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). "We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."
