With an incredible view of the gulf of Naples and run by Franco and his two daughters who warmly attend but are not obtrusive. "How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. "The property at Hotel Al Mulino is beautiful. Our room had an outside terrace area with table, chairs and sun loungers. We were looking forward to the pool but it was broken. The property details also state there's a hot tub, but there isn't. It was just us 2 at the hotel but they still had a lovely variety of cakes, yogurts, fruit, juices, coffees etc for us at breakast. They were all very kind and helpful, they even drove our luggage to the city center so we could go to Faro for the morning...

All ferries from Sorrento were cancelled, so we went to Naples as the hotel told us to and spent the day waiting on ferry after ferry but all were cancelled due to weather.
