"We stayed on the second floor facing Lower Mosley Street and unfortunately could hear the trams. The floor boards from the room above also disturbed our sleep. We were only staying for one night - the staff apologised and acknowledged the issues when we raised it when checking out, which was appreciated."

"Overall, very clean and as described. Decent breakfast and a good price. The team are very friendly."

"We used the shuttle but it was a long wait - much longer than the 20 to 30 minutes as advertised. We gave up and took a taxi. This may be out of the shuttle's control, but all the guests who were going to flights were dropped off at the arrival floor instead of the departure floor - rather inconvenient."
