The pub was very handy to eat although the breakfast times meant we missed it twice as had to leave before it opened due to weekend. The main thing was, it was comfy, quiet and clean and easy and safe to park the van at the end of each day."

The (very small) bathroom had great water pressure and hot water throughout my stay. Front desk were super friendly and helped organise taxis etc for me. "This is a gem of a hotel. We stayed from Sunday until Tuesday on half board and enjoyed great food, excellent customer service and a wonderful deluxe double room in the main building facing the lawns. Full of history, the hotel provides a free audio tour. There is also an exclusive 5k walk around quiet country lanes and fields and bluebell woods. The manager is a fountain of knowledge of the history of the building."
