Was told the “deep clean” occurs only every 3-4 days when I asked why no cleaning or even towel refreshment came after our first night’s stay. Not my experience in any Holiday Inn before.

The rooms are really small and there is not much detail to cleaning. Corners in bathrooms were very dusty, hair was found on sheets and pillow case. I was disappointed that there was a charge for overnight parking. I would have never considered to check that in the details for a hotel in the small ...

We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time
