"Our 2 bedroom suite had some maintenance issues. One bedroom door was about to fall off the hinges. The one bathroom faucet was about to fall off. The exterior of the property is in need of landscaping."

"Nice, quiet hotel in Colts Neck with homestyle feel. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Good value."

"Everything was perfect, clean room, super easy and simple check in, only a $50 deposit that you get right back the next day. All good things, my only issue was the tv, couldn’t figure out how to work it really lol it’s direct tv and maybe that was why but I could t even find like the Home Screen to sign into Netflix or anything. Other than that, I’d recommend for sure!"

"It was just a one night stay the room was clean. It was nice, and quiet perfect for a quick stay. Don’t come here expecting the Hilton this place is very simplistic in the best way"

"We stayed on the first floor. There was an exit door at the end of the hallway that guests were in and out all night long. The door slammed so loudly each time it shut that it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The hotel really needs to look into this door and how it can close quietly not to disturb and entire hallway of sleeping guests. I’d never stay here again."

"The room looked much better in photos than it did in person. The property is tired and in need of a lot of basic maintenance and especially a coat of paint the walls were filthy. The floors felt filthy and everything is just very rundown."

"Clean room and staff was very helpful. Breakfast if I was to complain, it would be that the eggs could’ve been cooked different."

"Great stay for one night!"

"bed sheets kept coming off"
