"My wife and I host group tours so it is very important we stay in an amazing hotel. We had a group of 23 and the hotel was absolutely amazing ! Where possible early check-in was provided for those who arrived on a very early flight. Breakfast was amazing. The whole team at Bidasoa were super professional. We hosted our welcome dinner at the hotel and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. "

As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. "This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."
