"Room was clean. Check in instructions were clear and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. The location was safe. The only negative is that check in was done remotely and there was no reception desk or staff on hand to assist, save the cleaner of a morning."

"Cortese disponibilità del gestore, zona tranquilla, camera silenziosa e ambiente pulito.

"Staying in the Via Veneto was a nice quiet experience. Gio, is very helpful explaining the hotel use and gives you a map of the city to explore the best restaurants in town. Also makes you breakfast and cappuccino. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you ❤️"

"Don’t be fooled from the looks of the building because this place is a hidden gem from the inside! Has everything you need. From great AC, very clean, very modern. Specifically, the staff were super helpful and super nice. Very convenient location as the bus and trains station is across the street. The subway entrance was right in front of the building. So… coming into the city, moving around Rome, and leaving the city was super affordable as I never used a taxi once. I would stay here again...

"If you are family traveling with little kids stay far away from this place because this is not the place for you. It is not child friendly at all. Let me start with how the place has no feel of being a hotel. It’s like a college dormitory well the name says it “Campus”. And the bedroom? Oh boy! Terrible. I understand we got the regular room but it doesn’t have to feel so basic like the bed is soo uncomfortable. I woke up the next day, everyday during our 7 nights stay with a terrible backache....

"What a wonderful experience my wife and I had here. Totally walking distance from the Rome train station, this was the perfect place to rest our heads for the night. Beautiful building and getting in and out was easy, thanks to excellent communication with Mario, the proprietor. The room was great and it had ama, ingredients eating options steps from where we were. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The breakfast menu are poor. "

"Lovely and inexpensive. Clean and convenient. Giuliano is a superstar"
