"I had such a great time staying here. Located in a beautiful spot on the hill surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, you will find this cosy spot.
I received a bottle of wine from their own vineyard at check in which tasted wonderful and when I opened the door to my room a wave of fresh rosmary smell hit me, this was so pleasant.
Throughout my stay Nico was so friendly and helpful which made you feel prioritzed even though there were a lot of activites from other parts of the house. The rest...

"La Mezzaluna is a short walk from Barga Gallicano train station, and buses to Lucca. Rita is amazingly hospitable & welcoming, and did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms are very nice, buffet breakfast set us up for the day.
There is a bus up to Barga during the day, and a taxi back in evening.If you visit Barga, this is the place to stay. "

"Beautiful little townhouse all the comforts of home. A lovely big spa bath, great continental breakfast. Perfect location for walking around the new and old town up on the hill. Walking distance from the station. And the host Samanta was more than helpful even gave me her mobile number if I needed anything. I will definitely stay again "
