"The hotel staff were nice. However it appears that this hotel is being used as a government housing. There are many security guards on site and unfortunately we were victim to these guards. On 3 occassions, my mother was approached and asked why she was sitting in the lobby. I was just parking my car and to receive that kind of harassment was totally unnecessary. Especially for a paying customer. I wouldn't go back to this location considering this was never disclosed to us. And I didn't appreciate the disrespect from the security team. My Mom was simply sitting on the couch. "

"There were 2 members of staff available and we were the only ones checking in. When I approached the first male he told me to choose who to check in with, I don’t know why he didn’t just assist us. Anyway, I ended up going to Monika who was kind and welcoming while he just stood and did nothing."
