"Will prefer to stay here next time as well"

"I’ve never waited so long to check into a hotel ever. 45 minutes and they had 5 desks open (3 of which were for the Diamond/gold guests). It would have been really great if there were signs telling people they could check in faster on the Hilton app. There were a lot of people in line upset they were going to be late. The staff member we had for check in, had a really hard accent and we couldn’t understand her and had to get to to repeat constantly "

"Good area, but hotel very outdated, the room we stayed in had a crack on the bathroom shower ceiling that got me scared, why would a shower have a crack exactly on shower ceiling? Than every time we got to the room our badly was very itchy.. "

"The hotel staff were nice. However it appears that this hotel is being used as a government housing. There are many security guards on site and unfortunately we were victim to these guards. On 3 occassions, my mother was approached and asked why she was sitting in the lobby. I was just parking my car and to receive that kind of harassment was totally unnecessary. Especially for a paying customer. I wouldn't go back to this location considering this was never disclosed to us. And I didn't...

"Did get to stay at my hotel was mover to a worse hotel with no notice. Will not book here again and very disappointed with this travel app for not letting me know ahead of time . I was supposed to be in a hotel attached to fallsview so my wife and I would not have to go outside to get to the concert venue, we packed expecting to not have to be in the cold then were moved to a hotel further away called the Hyatt and had no say about it. Terrible service ,no room service , 2 of the 5 elevators...

"I have been staying with family at Niagara falls since long.staff at this hotel was very rude and uncooperative.In the night time heating was closed.we tried to contact but the office was closed.NO contact number was provided on the website for service related issues.we suffered through out the night in extreme cold.In the morning when we were checking out,I complained the aged man from Indian origon showed a very rude behavior. "They charged $16 for parking after we were guest . The room very old fashioned and nothing like a regular hotel . The worker there was very nice the guy who worked behind the desk . He was great to give us extra pillows . The hotel was very disappointed. Would never stay there again "

"Room was very nice and clean, had a fridge and microwave and a good TV. The outside was poorly maintained, unlike the inside of the rooms which were modern. Staff were accommodating and gave us an extra hour to check out. "
