"5 Star luxury from start to finish. Beautiful location and parking was so easy. The property itself must of just had a refurbishment as the room was fantastic. Fellow guests were welcoming especially when chatting at the front of the building. Local people actually visit the front of the hotel and chat to guests. Didn’t make it to the pool however the bath in the room was the size of a swimming pool."

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "Great hotel for gigs at the O2 Victoria Warehouse — easy walking distance and right next to Old Trafford cricket ground. Parking was included and surprisingly straightforward, even with the cricket on Sunday. Tram stop right outside and Ubers were quick, with a dedicated pick-up point in the foyer.
