"Lena was a wonderful receptionist. She went above and beyond."

"Good place to stop off the highway- close to Glasgow"

"Stationnement gratuit + Très près des Kelpies, peut se faire à pied + Dans un Parc industriel, quand vous le savez d’avance ça va."

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. "The gal at the front desk was amazing, I’d only had three hours of sleep because I went to the Prodigy gig the night before and then I decided this was a decent place to crash for the night. I got in early and while I was willing to sleep in my car until time to check in, she went above and beyond to get me sorted. "Clean / quiet / nice breakfast. Comfy beds 10 minute walk to terminal Staff friendly and accommodating."

"Sehr gut für Übernachtungen Nähe Flughafen und für einen Städte-Trip dank direktem Tram-Anschluss in die Innenstadt. Modernes Hotel, praktisch, sauber, besserer Standard als manches Innenstadt-Hotel und zu vernünftigen Preisen."

"The room was clean, comfortable and good size. The upstairs bar was a nice touch and the breakfast offerings were excellent. The staff was helpful and the hotel offers a discount at the nearby parking garage. The hotel is within walking distance to the Market area with restaurants, etc."

"Lovely stay!"

"Centric location, great reccomendations from the straff"

"The nicest people of all the places we stayed in Scotland- also the least expensive. The neighborhood is a little bit seedier than some others, so that is probably why it was cheaper, but it wasn’t bad and we felt perfectly safe. Was the only hotel that actually had two double beds and also they had washcloths! Apparently that is a novelty in Scotland. Staff were very helpful and I wish we had more than one night there because it was a much nicer experience than all of the other places we...
