"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Am meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter beeindruckt, egal ob die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, an den Bars, im Restaurant oder die Putzkräfte. Alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Überhaupt auf der ganzen Insel sind alle Menschen sehr freundlich. Das einzige, womit wir etwas zu kämpfen hatten, war der Duschknopf, aber man hat sich dann auch daran gewöhnt."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians. The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes)."

"My wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable.
