"Check-in and room arrival was great. The dining room and continental breakfast were decent and everything was monitored to ensure there was plenty. I had dinner here last time I stayed and it was quite good. Room was great. Nice fireplace with a view of the property. Road noice (from I5 is pretty noticeable, but after a bit it faded and I didn't have any issues sleeping. I would have given the place a 5, if it were not for the fact that it needs some sprucing up. Granted, it is end of snow season and getting into Spring/Summer. But, something as simple as keeping the elevator clean (it was pretty messy) or checking the room a bit closer (Tub was a bit dirty and the cleaning staff missed some areas). Overall though, the staff made up for it by being attentive and friendly! And, I would stay again for sure if passing through the area."

"The hotel is amazing and the people at the front desk were also amazing. The woman that worked in the breakfast area was horrible and very, very rude. Apparently they had had many complaints about her but overall a great experience."

"The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully designed with all the amenities and was well maintained. Breakfast was an amazing spread of all things continental. Overall enjoyed our stay for a night. "

"Terrible, bizarre experience. From the many door keys not working to the lack of housekeeping cleaning. I paid for two nights but left after the first. Asked for one night refund and was denied."

"Convenient location just off I-5 in Yreka, CA with large, clean rooms at reasonable rates. The fitness room is limited, the pool is seasonal, and breakfast is included, but minimal. A grocery store is across the street."

"While you are updating your rooms, I was put into a room that was using the old heating system. The room was stone cold when I entered, the heater never got it warm enough. I had to sleep with my fleece vest on. There were only two electrical receptacles. Of the four outlets, three were used for appliances (good that you had those appliances), so only one plug for my stuff. Legally, I believe you need a receptacle every 6', and on every wall. Finally, the wifi kept dropping, and it requires a new code each time, so I couldn't use the wifi. Really bad experience."
