"The room was clean and had a lot of space to get around but the way it’s designed the AC vent does not go into the bedroom so it gets really warm. Also, the AC was not very strong. A few minor things in the room were broken/missing and the TVs are really bad. They have bad reception and no apps to watch Netflix or other streaming services, it is just poor reception cable. The breakfast in the morning was good and the trail outside by the Bay is really nice. I think it is worth it if you do not spend a lot of time in the room due to the great location and the trail being right there but the rooms are not very updated."

"If you're into plane watching, this is a great escape. With a view of the Bay and the approach to SFO, one could not ask for better. Nice big comfortable beds, nice little snack bar and... the morning breakfast was just perfect for our needs. That's why we keep coming back!"

"The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is that it was clean. Staff weren’t particularly friendly and it’s an old hotel. It is also an event venue and there was a loud event we could hear most of the night. The parking is also paid and that on top of an overpriced room. There are no notable amenities and no noteworthy restaurants nearby. No complimentary breakfast. Felt nickel and dimed. Also please note that water came out at scalding temperatures at high pressure. Hot water with good pressure is usually a plus but this was near hazardous."

"Our flight was delayed and, when we tried to call the hotel from the shuttle waiting area, we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. The van never came to pick us up, and after a near hour wait, wound up costing us $50+ for an Uber from the airport! When we arrived -- two 80+ year olds -- we were told that there were NO rooms on the first floor (because we arrived so late) and we had to walk up OUTSIDE to the second floor to get to a room!! Fortunately another guest helped get our luggage up the stairs. This is NOT a good hotel and we're amazed that it carries the Wyndham name."
