"Nous avons été reçus par un personnel s'exprimant parfaitement en français et qui a su trouver des solutions à notre problème (nous avions cru avoir une réservation pour 3 personnes mais nous avions une chambre couple + enfant). Aucun frais en plus, mais des solutions trouvées en quelques minutes. De plus, l'hôtel est plein de charme, la décoration de chaque chambre semble être différente, cela change vraiment des chaînes d'hôtels impersonnelles. J'y retournerai sans hésitation et avec plaisir."

Enda jag saknade var nån krok att hänga upp handduken på haha. Justja duschen är rätt liten så ni vet. Å eventuellt möjlighet en att ta en kopp kvällste. Annars gångavstånd till allt; buss till stationen, till hamnen eller till stranden tex "
"Hemos pasado una estancia muy buena, el personal de recepcion y del bar con muy buena predisposicion, a nuestra llegada faltaban unas toallas y en 3 minutos las teniamos, habitacion comoda , nos alojamos aqui para visitr donosti y en 20 minutos en coche estabamos alli, zona tranquila, aparcamiento en el mismo hotel sin coste, opcion muy recomendable si se visita Donosti y no se quiere estar en el centro."

"Highly recommend this lovely little quirky hotel with beautiful decor, original features and a lovely little courtyard in the middle to have breakfast. Staff are so friendly and helpful breakfast was lovely all served up to you with a nice personal touch. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely be back."
