"The consistency of room service standard was not there. One day my room was cleaned well, i had 4 bottles of water i had 4 biscuits for each of us staying in the room. The next day i had no bottles of water, no biscuits, the two extra beds were not made. I was very disappointed upon entering our room after a long day out. "

"We loved this little pub that was older than our country! The room was wonderful and spacious. We had dinner there which was yummy, especially the creme brûlée - it was better than the one I had in Harrods! The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. It is opposite the church where Midsomer Murders is filmed. "

"The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. "The guy who welcome us on the arrival date were nice including in the morning with different guy. The hotel is nice and cute with lovely breakfast room. The lady who take care us for breakfast were lovely."

"This hotel is ok. I stayed in one of the suites which was quite nice . I would have appreciated a small fridge which is fairly standard in most hotels. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned during my stay . I stayed for two nights. The WiFi was not good in my room. Breakfast was fine but I had a pizza for lunch. This was distinctly average. Suspect the base was shop bought and who puts cress on a pepperoni pizza. Very odd. At check out I was given the option of leaving a tip. Very odd...

"On the whole it was a very enjoyable birthday weekend for myself and my wife. One small comment to make is on the Saturday night we opted for the buffet as opposed to the à la carte. The choice and quality weren’t the best but ok, only then to find out when the time came to pay that the costs were the same for the buffet as they were for the à la carte! Bit naughty really. "
