"Impeccable staff and hotel. Customer service was first rate. 5 minutes walk to tram, bus and funicular into centre of city. You can also walk into the centre from the hotel for the adventurous. Tram back to the airport takes 15 mins. Breakfast at hotel also excellent. Would stay again without hesitation. "

"Good location for overnight transfer. There is also shuttle bus to the airport, just only inform them. Though, it is close to the airport, it's not noisy. Plus, it's easy connect to the train station if you want to go to the train station by bus. Importantly, Staff is friendly. "
"The location was perfect. On "ground" level of the city. Walkable to all the shopping and sites but in a much nicer, calmer location. The hotel was very fun and unique being built within the rock wall. It made for narrow, tight stairs going up to your room though. Would not recommend with mobility issues. The room was large with a walk in shower which for 2 people would be fine we were a family of 4 (2 kids) and it was tight for sleeping a few nights. More shelving in the bathroom would have...
"Very friendly staff & easy check in & out. Good breakfast. Nice sized bedroom…but didn’t like the fact the toilet in a separate room off internal corridor with no sink. Gym could do with a better bike & at least one leg machine. "
