"Small well kept cottage, well situated and perfect for our stay. "

"I loved that old cottage and am glad it is in good use. It's nicely furnished and the village where it is situated is delightful. Two negatives were the dog smell in the lounge and poor state of plants in pots. While the dog smell is probably unavoidable as dogs are allowed, the dead plants brought about a depressing impression. "Room was lovely and bright, could just see the estuary in the distance. Comfy bed, bathroom was small. Food was great, even served roast on Sun evening and it was delicious. We ate both nights of our stay, food was delicious and restaurant really busy which is a good sign. Staff and locals were very friendly. All in all a great find."

"The staff so helpful"

"Great location. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast."

According to Expedia’s description and photographs the room we were given was a STANDARD double room for SINGLE occupancy. As the hotel was fully booked we had to tolerate this very small room with four steps up to the bathroom and really not enough room for two people. The room in no way bore any resemblance to...
