"Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and spacious. We were in Franklin and had a cute little balcony, which was great. Microwave and fridge in room, walkable to UO, terrific. 4 stars instead of 5 because of dirty washcloth and hair in the bathroom."

"Allows dogs, but there is no green space. Staff suggested that I take him across the busy road to use the bathroom. But she was very polite about it. Also a very small parking area. 1 car space per room. I will not be staying there again. The bathroom was very “closet-like “."
